Jim and Cathy Smith
Already successful restaurateurs, the Smiths bought Coney Island Diner in 1992. While renovating the diner, the couple continued to operate their first restaurant, Smittys, located on the square. The menu features classic American diner fare with a few contemporary favorites. Their legendary coney sauce has been the most popular in town since 1919
